From the 405 Freeway, exit onto the 55 South towards Newport Beach. Stay straight and the 55 will end and become Newport Blvd. Continue on Newport Blvd past Hoag Hospital Road and stay in the right hand lane which will exit onto Pacific Coast Highway/Hwy 1. Turn left at the light to go south on PCH. Turn left again at the first traffic light, Riverside Avenue. We are on the corner of PCH and Riverside ave.
